The Kindess Kafe has been set up to encourange people of the community to come togther and enjoy home cooked soup, cakes and other delicious meals.  It runs fortnighly on a Tuesday in the church from 12pm until 2pm.  Initially there were about fifteen people attending but we are seeing the numbers increase weekly and now have about 25 attending each fortnight.  There are no set prices for the food however if you woudl like to and/or able to give a donation that is wonderful but there is absolutley no obligation to do this.  Any donations can be left discreetly in a small collection box at the door.

To date we have had hot soup, bread and many home baked cakes washed down with cups of coffee or tea.  The chat amongst people and friendly banter is what this lunch club is all about.  A friendly place on your dorrstep to meet others and enjoy lovely food.  We are planning to introduce more meals to our menu soon.

It is not necessary to be a member of the church to enjoy coming to the cafe so please do not let that stop you.  Everyone is welcome to the cafe, the more the merrier.  The dates on which it is open can be found on the calendar.
